Electrolyzed water is used in the metal cutting and surface processing

Traditional metal cutting fluid is divided two type:cutting oil and aqueous cutting fluid

Cutting oil has the excellent properties alike lubricity and anti-rust,but has the bad properties alike

cooling and,cleaning effect,impact by crude oil market,high cost and degreasing treatment,Which is

adapted with low speed heavy load cutting. Water cutting fluid has the excellent properties alike cooling,

cleaning and low cost,but has the bad properties alike lubricity and anti-rust,which is adjusted with the

high speed shallow cutting.The usage of water cutting fluid is increasing.

Electrolyzed water in compare with cutting oil has excellent properties alike cooling,cleaning,easily rinsing

and anti-rust.Both contain components such as organic compound,oily agent and surface active agent,

which is harmful for the health and environment.Non is electrolyzed water which is friend environmental

and low cost in order to replace the aqueous cutting oil.

In the grinding,the electrolyzed water has the function,and you can drop electrolyzed water into the drum

inside,it can attach with the surface of parts and abrasives.

(1)Soften function:it has the chemical function on the oxide film of metal surface,which can remove the

abrasives to enhance the efficiency.

(2)Lubricate function:it has the lubricate function between abrasives and metal parts alike abrasive oil

to clean the surface.

(3)Washing function:remove the greasy dirt on the surface of metal parts alike detergent.

Anti-rust function:parts after grinding has the anti-rust function in a short time.
