HCLO is the main disinfect of electrolyzed water ,which,in contrast with NACI,contains effective chlorine has the broad spectrum disinfect and low productive cost without any soaking,even though its concentration is lower about1/10 of sodium hypochlorite solution.Electrolyzed water can reduce water in light and protein without any residue and pollution.The experiment show that electrolyzed water with 10ppm effective chlorine kill all PNA microorganism in 10 seconds.The experiment about food poisoning bacteria and spoilage bacteria shows that 23 of 28 microbe groups touched with electrolyzed water will die out in 10 minute,and 2 of 28 die out within 1 minute.Remaining bacillus subtilis and green mold soaked in that could not kill all in 30 minutes.It doesn’t need more time to soak but to clean to disinfect. in Japan,the disinfect of electrolyzed water is applied in food industry.many industries execute HACCP management model to use electrolyzed water in uniform,equipment,reserve,pipe,floor and wall.If the object is difficult to clean,we should remove the dirt and prolong cleaning time and wash more water.If the attached dirt is much or the surface is not even,firstly clean it by electrolyzed water,and secondly disinfect it by strong acidc water.Butelectrolyzed water has the corrosion with metal.So it need the cleaned object as stainless steel and spread it avoiding from accumulating water.

In pig farm and chicken farm,electrolyzed water is used by cleaning floor to disinfect.We need take large volume electrolyzed water to clean due to organic compound is much in water pond.The experiment shows the electrolyzed water in contrast with running water adopt PH value 2.5 strong acidic water to clean floor.The remaing microbe groups cleaned by electrolyzed water are 1/30-1/60 than that cleaned by running water to avoid from FLU.

Electrolyzed water can be used in food soaking and processing.The microbe in soja is the main corrosion in tofu processing.By the way of strong acidic water cleaning and strong alkaline water soaking,it can effectively control microbe groups in tofu,and enhance the water absorption rate,protein extracting rate and amino acid leaching rate.It can better the bean products quality and finished product rate,because the water solubility of bean protein will increase in alkline condition.The disinfect of electrolyzed water can be used in planting to realize the non-pesticide planting.Japan and Korea and our experiment,if is is properly used,electrolyzed water can be good prevented effect on powdery mildew on cucumber,strawberry and tomato.Electrolyzed water must touch microbe to kill it.Most microbes move into the inner organism in plants,spraying electrolyzed water can’t kill them.So spraying electrolyzed water is main for prevention from microbes.But some experiments show that spraying electrolyzed water and non soil culture with electrolyzed water can activate the plant itself to strengthen the resistance.The disinfect of electrolyzed water can resolve the problemabout the pest prevention in green food planting,so it is respected by Japan and Korea.Recent years, many research units and universities actively explore this program only in Japan.
