From 1996 in domestic,here is satisfied effect for the strong acidic water applied into 30 cases alike urinary tract infection,hemorrhage of bladder and ulcer prostate.below is the clinic report:

1.general documentary:age:30-70,average 60 age.male 26,female 4

(1)BPH 19 cases

After BPH open extraction,8 cases badder cleaning.2 cases which BPH bleeding and a amount of clot with continuous irrigation of baldder with three lumen catheter and irrigation after bladder stoma.3 cases in BPH preoperative urine culture to finde fungal spores.14 cases in urine culture of gram negative bacilli positive by BPH over 100000/ml bacterial.2 cases in nitrate negative bacilli,2 cases in enterobacter cloacae.1 case in pseudomonas aeruginosa.

(2)3 cases of female patients with cystitis and positive urine culture of escherichia coli over 100000/ml.

2 method

(1)Strong acidic water through catheter and bladder fistula inject and reserve about 20 minutes once time a day.the course of treatment is 3days for infection,2-5 days for bleeding,5-7 days for ulcer.

(2)Strong acidic water is injected into urethral orifice.the front of urethral orifice is pressed a little to make water reserve about 20 minutes.

(3)External urethral meatus is soaked and wet-dressed two times a day.3-5 days of treatment course.

(4)Continuously clean bladder 1-2 days.

Result:

1.After the treatment of acidic water.the urine culture of gram negative bacilli becomes negative,and 3 cases of the fungal spore become well, and 7 cases reach normal ans 3 cases become better in the examine of urine routine except 4 cases with catheter and fistula having different level of red blood cell and white blood cell.
