Xinhua news agency reports from in Spain:there is the research from University of Pennsylvania that The cow having electrolyzed water can increase the milk volume and its fat.

Researchers take cow into two groups,one has electrolyzed water,another has original water.after test about 12 weeks, the research shows that the first milk and fat ascent,and the urea nitrogen descent.

Researcher shows the electrolyzed process promote the water acid-alkali balance and enhance the oxidation resistance.

After testing the two group cow’s blood,the blood of cow which has electrolyzed water has the higher acid-alkali balance.

Scientist thinks:stomach wriggle more active and more effective after having electrolyzed water,which can explain why the fat volume in milk raise.
