At present,the disinfect procedure of domestic chicken farm is not perfect.for this condition of safe electrolysis and effective disinfect effect,the research in the laboratory could test the different ACC in the electrolytic water for the feather.The research shows that electrolyzed water has the good inactive function for the fungi and microbe on the surface of feather.The disinfect function is obvious for the electrolytic water(PH value 6.8 or so,ORP 840mv or so ACC 20mg/l).

Electrolyzed water is the new type functional water which is acquired by the electrolyte solution.The research of electrolyzed water is from Japan in 1990.Nowadays,it has extensive research and application about medical,food processing and gardening and livestock domains and the agriculture alike disinfect,sterilization,disease control and impact of vegetate growth.Some research shows strong acidic water has the influence of broad spectrum and rapid disinfect without any pollution,non-toxin,non reside in favor of safeness,economy and friend environment.

Disinfection is the important function in the chicken circle.At a present,domestic scaled chicken farm mainly adopt the epidemic prevention system,which the hen-house need be disinfected after breeding.Some farm households adopt the spray disinfection of chicken body which kill all virus,bacteria and spore for different aged chickens,and which has no bad effect for the laying rate and egg production rate.Some chicken are not disinfected from little scaled farm to market.The scientific disinfect need high standard for the disinfectant species,which need broad spectrum,high effective and strong disinfect without any toxin in egg and chicken.

According to the disinfect application and safe effect.there is the important instructive for the disinfect way that the feather is soaked in the different physical chemical index electrolyzed water to discuss the disinfect effect of Slight acidic oxidizing water on feather.

1.material and way

1.1 experimental material

The feather is bought from market to reserve in ice box in 4 degree in this experiment without any disinfect treatment to keep the original microbe.

1.2 experimental way

It went in China agriculture university laboratory.

1.2.1equipment

0.9%HCL solution is electrolyzed and take 3group electrolyzed water noted A,B,C to measure their PH value,ACC and ORP.

1.2.2treatment before sampling

According to to test the bacteria volume.Take two feather samples

weighed 12G accurate to 0.1G.Take 1200ML peptone water physiology and mingle 3 hours and filter solution through gauze.

Mingle two samples in sterile surrounding.Take 200ml solution to count the number of microbe.

2.3.test the microbe group number

Draw original solution with straw to inject into the test tube with 9 ml diluted solution.By this consequence to

manipulate,dilute 10 times reaching 7 gradients.

All microbe groups number in this experiment adopt the coated plate method.Take 0.1ml gradients diluted solution onto

the sterile culture disk,and then take glass stick paste on the plate,and count the number in 30 degree thermal curator.

Each dilution is repeated two times.

2.4counting the number

Take microbe groups number as the standard 30-300.Resolve the average on the two dished.Microbe group

multiply diluted times is the total number of sample.

2.5bacterial suspension

Take 4 pieces of the same feather 5G,and treat A,B,C,CK 100ml solution in 10 minutes,and soak it into the

terminating fluid in 10 minutes and shock it.

2.6 the experiment of disinfecting microbe

The disinfect experiment for feather according to issued by ministry

for health.

Take 0.5ml bacterial suspension into 4.5ml phosphate buffer solution,and mingle 20 minutes and dilute 7 times.

Then take glass stick paste on the plate,and count the number in30 degree thermal curator after 24 hours.

1.2.7fungal bactericidal test

The disinfect experiment for vegetable according to in 2009.Take 1ml

bacterial suspension into culture dish,and take 15ml fungi culture medium into culture dish and mingle. Then count

the number in328 degree thermal curator after 48 hours.

1.2.8 test scent

Putrid,The scent is the one of main character for feather differentiated from other fungi object.this test is adopted

by constant temperature dry method.

Mingle the untreated sample and disinfected sample and divide with two parts in the closet reserve.Clean and dry1000L

wide mouth bottle with cap.Separately take 10G two pieces of samples into the bottle.And place them into thermal

curator to heat 50 degree,and take it out to describe the scent level in the non-odor surrounding.

2.result and analysis

2.1 disinfect effect

Soak into electrolyzed water in different physical chemical index to disinfect about 10 minutes.The fungi is inactive

on the surface of feather in different physical chemical index.

SEAW disinfect effect is relative with ORP and ACC.higher ORP in group C is the best,which support the oxidizing

and reducing theory and electron movement theory of BECKING in 1960.Meanwhile,ACC is higher in group C,which supports

the chemical theory that the main element of disinfect of electrolyzed water is complicate chemical factor including

HCLO and OH- and hydrogen peroxide.

The test proved that it appear the disinfect affect with high PH value,low ORP and low ACC.Because of the kitchen

metabolism,the feather of kitchen is acid.but it soaks in the electrolyzed water some bacteria refrain from growing.

Therefore,chemical and physical theory could not explain the disinfect mechanism.The disinfect of electrolyzed water

is caused by many elements.

All in all,the electrolyzed water with low PH value,high ACC and high ORP has the better disinfect effect,the killing

rate of fungi and bacteria in C group is 1.63% and 1.7%,which is higher than A group about 8.56% and 11.4%.

C group is the best no matter what.

2.2 scent test

Feather soak into electrolyzed water in different physical chemical index to disinfect about 10 minutes,the effect

of removing scent is below:

3.Conclusion

The chemical and physical index in different groups are PH value 6.8 or so,ORP 840mv or so and ACC 20MG/L or so, which is the best effect for disinfection.

Disinfect effect of Electrolyzed water is same with feather microbe and fungi not because of the different objects.

Electrolyzed water has the better inactive functionfor the fungi and microbe on the surface of feather.The feather soaked into electrolyzed water after 10 minutes,the microbe number decrease by 80%.after the feather soaked into electrolyzed water,its surface could not be destroyed without any fading and scent.
