The environmental problem is the key to refrain from the high effective production,which is the main cause to raise the epidemic disease,and which is the barrage to enhance the hoggery development.regularly disinfecting and creating the healthy surrounding are the main measure to preventing from the spreading of disease.At present, many in china adopt chemical disinfectant to control the microbe in hoggery.Present disinfectant in hoggery exists some problems alike toxin,corrosion,price,effieiency of disinfect and antimicrobial spectrum which raise many troubles. how to remove pathogen in hoggery in high effectiveness,low price,no harm for human and animal,which is the key and difficulty for present condition.

Decades,the AEW is increasing to focus the disinfectant by electrochemical technology equipment.Acidic electrolyzed water has the broad-spectrum,non-residuue,high-effective and instantaneous property.After disinfecting,it will reduce the non-residue and non-toxic water without any pollution.Here is the main problems about AEW:

(1)Present strong electrolyzed generator has low productive efficiency and high cost about the manufacture and operation

(2)Strong acidic has corrosion for equipment to refrain from its development in the livestock breeding.

(3)Strong acidic electrolyzed water has unstable chemical property,rapid reduction and bad conserve.

From the above,researches has developed slightly acidic electrolyzed water which is close to the neutral PH value.From the experiment,it has little corrosion,stable chemical and physical property,which can release the healthy and safe problem by chlorine.Under this PH value,chlorine mixture exists HCLO which is the highest disinfect function and extensive application in medical,agriculture,food processing and livestock breeding and so on.Here is the best disinfect effect for escherichia, golden brown grape,salmonella enteritis and arc bacteria.This article mainly produce the productive method of light acidic electrolyzed water,and research the disinfect effect for air,floor,wall and hutch in hoggary,and contrast the disinfect effect between powerful disinfect powder and poly iodine iodine solution.

1.experiment process

1.1 slight acidic water generator

slight acidic water generator adopts the non diaphragm electrolysis cell which is composed with electrolysis cell,power supply,control system and platimun plated titanium alloy electrode plate.the control system can regulate the parameter about power supply,electric circuit and electrode polarity.prepare the 0.01%,0.02%,0.025% HCL solution with water and prepare the 0.1%0.15%0.20% NAOH solution,under the 20V power,measure the PH value and concentration of effective chlorine in different electrolyzed time.

1.2 the disinfect experiment time and location in livestock scene

During Oct.28 2009-Dec.28 2009,a breed field in chongqing where there is 30female pigs and 120 piglets.the experiment proceeds in nursing place to adopt daily disinfect by pily-iodine iodide in 2 times/week.

1.3 main experimental apparatus and reagent

Electrolyzed generator,PH meter,oxidizing-reducing potential meter,effective chlorine meter,thermal curator, NACL,HCL and agar culture medium.

1.4 the contrast experiment effect between slight electrolyzed water and chemical disinfectant

Before cleaning animal feces,wash the floor and disinfect .take AEW(PH6.25-6.53 ORP887.5-924.8mv ACC 270mg/l) powerful disinfectant solution(0.25 g/l)and pily-iodine iodide solution(1:250)to separately disinfect by spraying for the pigsty.each experiment per week.volume of spraying 400ml/m2,once time at 3 o’clock per 4days.

Before and after disinfecting 0.5 hours to sample.inspect the disinfect effect for three disinfectant by spraying.

1.5 the local contrast experiment effect between slight electrolyzed water and chemical disinfectant

AEW(PH6.23 ORP892.5mv ACC 300mg/l),powerful disinfectant solution(0.25 g/l)and pily-iodine iodide solution(1:250). disinfect the local alike wall,floor and barrier by spraying in the wetting without water condition before and after disinfect about 5 minutes to sample.

1.6 sampling method

Sample air by natural sedimentation method about 3 minutes and the sampling place distributed by the four corner and central place in hoggery where is placed 3 culture dish.sampling by cotton swab about 20 times for the floor,barrier and wall about 1*2cm2,and reserve in the 5 ml centrifugal tube of buffer for 3 times.after sampling,culturedish in thermal curator after 18-24 hours to record the microbe group number.here is the calculation way:

CFU/m3=50000N/(A*T)A is surface meter,T is sampling time,N is CFU.

2. result and discussion

2.1 The concentration of electrolyte impact the physical and chemical property of slight electrolyzed oxidizing water. the higher is concentration of electrolyte,the lower is the initiative PH value,6.3,5.48,4.52.in the slowly ascending PH value in the electrolysis course and same electrolytic time,the PH value of solution diminishes with the increasing concentration of HCL.In 30 minutes,the PH value of acidic electrolytic water is 6.0-6.59.

The concentration of effective chlorine is 0 in the different concentrations of HCL and NACL solution.The concentration of effective chlorine rapidly increase with the electrolyte concentration.The concentration of NACL 0.15% and 0.20% reaches 192 and 248 mg/l in 10 minute.

2.2 the contrast experiment effect between slight electrolyzed water and chemical disinfectant

The three disinfectant by spraying has certain effect in air.EAW is the best effect after disinfecting diminished by 2.09*105CFU/m3 and the rate of disinfect 59.2%.Powerful disinfectant solution is worse,the bacterial number diminished 1.54*105CFU/m3 and the rate of disinfect 48.7%.Pily-iodine iodide solution is the worst.The bacterial number diminishes 0.75*105CFU/m3 and rate of disinfect 25.9%.

2.3 the local contrast experiment effect between slight electrolyzed water and chemical disinfectant

Here is the local contrast experiment effect between slight electrolyzed water and powerful disinfectant solution and pily-iodine iodide solution for wall,floor and barrier.Slight electrolyzed water and powerful disinfectant solution have the best disinfect effect,the rate of disinfect 89.3-100%.The disinfect effect of three disinfectant increase in turn.Slight electrolyzed water is strongest,the stronger is powerful disinfectant solution.The pily-iodine iodide solution is worst effect,the rate of disinfect 14.3-83.3%.

3. conclusion

The slight acidic electrolyzed water is generated from water and little salt or HCL,whose productive and operative fee is low with the good disinfect effect and whose cost is lower than chemical disinfectant.The PH value of SAEW is closed with 7 to be merit with livestock facility because of no corrosion,stability,low cost and no chlorine volatilization to pollute surrounding and harm human body.In contrast with chemical disfectant,SAEW (PH6.25-6.63,ORP887-924MV and ACC300mg/l)has the best disinfect effect by spraying,the rate of disinfect for floor and wall 91.4-100%.It can be used for non-harmful disinfect for staffs and cars to ensure the requirement of healthy surrounding.So,AEAW as the green and safe disinfectant possesses the better economic benefit and environmental benefit for hoggery.
